Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Membership Membership fees once paid are non refundable.

• Conferences 75% refund if informed 1 month prior to Conference. 50% refund if informed 15 days prior to conference. No refund if informed less than 15 days before the conference. Refund will be processed within 30 days after the conference is over, after deduction of GST and refund will processed offline.
